Elissa Simone-Howe has been a third- generation licensed insurance agent for the family business for many years. She is now Vice-President and co-owner of Danielson Insurance Agency and Simone Insurance. She was born and raised in the Iron Mountain area. Elissa has a passion for customer service and looks forward to helping you with all your insurance needs. elissa@simoneins.com Lori Williams is the Customer Service Manager. In this roll she oversees our customer service representatives. She is also a Commercial Lines Account Manager and Claims Manager. She became a Property & Casual licensed agent in 2023. Lori has over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, 10 of which were as a Claims Adjuster. She also has over 20 years of customer service experience. She was born in Prescott, AZ and then raised in Chicago, IL. She moved to the U.P. in 2007 and now lives in Kingsford. Lori looks forward to a long career in the exciting insurance industry. lori@simoneins.com Melissa Doucette is our Health and Life Agent. She has over 25 years of office management and customer service experience. She has been a resident of the area since 1980 and now lives in Iron Mountain where she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering and traveling. melissa@simoneins.com Ashley Christian is a Personal Lines Account Manager. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business and brings over 15 years of comprehensive experience in the insurance industry. A lifelong resident of Iron Mountain, Michigan, she continues to call the area home with her husband and three sons. Known for her dedication and resourcefulness, Ashley balances a dynamic family life with a passion for travel, swimming, and outdoor activities. Terri Bartels is our Customer Service Representative. Terri grew up in Norway, MI. She is married with two step-children and four grandchildren. Terri has been in customer service for 35 years. She answers phones, processes payments and supports the office with many other tasks. Terri enjoys spending time with friends and family in her free time.
